TRANSPORT GUIDELINES

| 2 | Students must board and de-board the bus only at the designated pick-up and drop points. |
| 3 | Parents are requested to ensure that their ward reaches the bus stop well before the scheduled time. |
| 4 | The school bus will not wait beyond the scheduled pick-up time in order to maintain punctuality on the route. |
| 5 | Students must maintain proper discipline inside the bus and follow the instructions of the driver, conductor/support staff and teacher in-charge. |
| 6 | Students must remain seated while the bus is moving and should not change seats unnecessarily. |
| 7 | Shouting, pushing, standing, moving inside the bus, leaning out of windows or causing inconvenience to others is strictly prohibited. |
| 8 | Eating, littering or throwing anything inside or outside the bus is not permitted. |
| 9 | Students must not damage bus seats, windows, fittings or any other property. Any damage caused may be recovered from the concerned student. |
| 10 | Parents/guardians must be present at the designated drop point to receive younger students. |
| 11 | Parents are requested not to directly instruct drivers or support staff regarding route changes. Any request must be routed through the school office. |
| 12 | Any request for change of route, stop or transport facility must be submitted through the school office in advance. |
| 13 | Students suffering from illness or infection should avoid travelling by school bus for the safety of other students. |
| 14 | The school may modify routes, stops or timings whenever required in the interest of safety, traffic conditions or administrative convenience. |
| 15 | The transport facility is subject to availability of seats, approved routes and school transport rules. |
| 16 | Repeated indiscipline or violation of transport rules may lead to withdrawal of the transport facility. |
| 17 | Parents are requested to cooperate with the school for smooth, safe and punctual functioning of the transport system. |
