The school hostel follows a structured routine that maintains a healthy balance between academics, supervised study, co-curricular activities, recreation, meals and rest. Students are guided by hostel staff and school authorities to ensure a secure, comfortable and enriching residential experience within the school campus.

Parental Visiting Days
Hostel visiting is allowed from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM on every 2nd and 4th Sunday for parents and authorized guardians only.

Important Note: Mobile phones, laptops and personal gadgets are strictly prohibited in the hostel.

Stay Commitment: Once enrolled, students must stay in the hostel for the entire academic session. Mid-session withdrawal is not permitted as per hostel rules.

HOSTEL RULES & REGULATIONS

Discipline & Conduct
1	Students must follow hostel rules and respect the warden, teachers, hostel staff and fellow students.
2	Ragging, bullying, misbehaviour, misconduct or use of abusive language will invite strict disciplinary action.
3	Cleanliness must be maintained in dormitories, common areas, dining area and washrooms.
4	Morning and evening roll calls are mandatory for all hostel students.
Academic & Study Norms
5	Attendance in supervised study sessions is compulsory.
6	Noise, disturbance and unnecessary movement during study hours are not permitted.
Dining & Lifestyle Regulations
7	Students must follow meal timings. Wastage of food is strictly discouraged.
8	Students must maintain neatness, personal hygiene and appropriate attire at all times.
Safety & Security Guidelines
9	Leaving the hostel premises without prior permission is strictly prohibited.
10	Visitors are allowed only on scheduled visiting days and during specified visiting hours.
11	Any damage to hostel property must be compensated by the concerned student.
Leave & Outing Policy
12	Unauthorized outings or unsupervised leave are not permitted.
13	Prior approval from the competent authority is required for any leave request.
Stay Commitment
14	Once opted, hostel stay is for the full academic session.
Daily Routine & Discipline
15	Students must strictly follow the daily hostel routine including wake-up time, study hours, meal timings, recreation time and lights-out schedule.
16	Students are expected to maintain proper decorum during morning assembly, study periods, meals, roll call and other hostel activities.
Personal Belongings & Prohibited Items
17	Students must take proper care of their personal belongings. The school shall not be responsible for loss of cash, valuables or unauthorized items kept by students.
18	Cash, jewellery, expensive watches, electronic gadgets, sharp objects, objectionable reading material and any unsafe item are not permitted in the hostel.
19	Personal items such as bedding, clothing, books and toiletries must be properly labelled and maintained neatly by the student.
Health, Hygiene & Medical Care
20	Students must maintain personal hygiene, keep their beds and cupboards arranged, and ensure cleanliness of their allotted space.
21	Any illness, injury or health concern must be immediately reported to the warden or hostel staff for timely medical assistance.
22	Students are not allowed to keep or consume any medicine without the knowledge of the warden or medical staff.
Safety & Emergency Protocol
23	Students must not tamper with electrical fittings, CCTV cameras, fire safety equipment, hostel locks, furniture or any safety installation.
24	In case of emergency, students must immediately inform the warden, hostel staff or school authority and follow the instructions given by them.
25	Students must not enter restricted areas, staff rooms, kitchen area, store rooms or any unauthorized section of the hostel/campus.
Parent Communication & Responsibility
26	Parents are requested to communicate hostel-related concerns through the school office or hostel warden during working/visiting hours only.
27	Parents must ensure that their contact numbers remain updated with the school for communication during emergencies or important hostel-related matters.
28	Food parcels, outside eatables or personal items may be handed over only as per hostel rules and with permission of hostel staff.

Disciplinary Note: Violation of hostel rules, misconduct, possession of prohibited items, damage to property, unauthorized absence or repeated indiscipline may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or withdrawal from the hostel facility.
