Physical Education at AGPS Rajouri is planned in alignment with the CBSE approach of promoting health, fitness, well-being, discipline and lifelong healthy living. Students are encouraged to take part in physical activities, games, yoga, fitness drills and sports competitions so that they develop strength, stamina, coordination, self-confidence and a positive attitude towards an active lifestyle.
The school has infrastructure and resources for a wide range of sports and fitness activities. These include football, cricket, badminton, athletics, hockey, archery, shooting range, volleyball, basketball, kho-kho, kabaddi, chess and various other indoor and outdoor activities. The facilities are used to provide regular practice, structured coaching, inter-house competitions and exposure to higher-level sporting events.
